Stress


Stress is caused mainly due to work tension and lot of thinking,this is not good for us,so you have to handle this in a simple and easy way,that is by taking dark chocolates stress can be reduced,why because chocolates increases the production of serotonin and endorphin in our brain.These hormones will make us stress free when we take certain amount or quantity of chocolates  regularly.A research says that if a pregnant woman takes chocolates regularly she can give a birth to stress free child.

Angry


You can easily get angered by others activity,sometimes by your own activity also.Some times you cant able to calm down by your own,at that time you have take a green tea to control your anger.
Green tea has the power to make you calm.caffeine is a thing in green tea that elevates you mood for sometimes and theanine in green tea produces alpha waves in your brain that makes you to relax.

Upset



Are you upsetting always with your work,just take a banana to overcome this,banana has the special content to relieve you from upset.If you are upset just go for this.

Sluggish


Its a laziness activity of you,that makes you very bad in doing things in a perfect way.To make yourself  active,just take a spinach and overcome your laziness.Content of spinach makes you active.
