  • Many wants to gain their muscle, but they didn't do anything for that.
  • You can't gain muscle by just doing exercises.

  • No other food can give this much health to your body system.
  • It has important vitamins,also had good amount of fibre content, these are very much essential to gain our muscle.

  • Beef is a complete source of protein and has necessary essential acids,vitamins and minerals,that human body required.
